About Black Bear RV Resort and Campground

We are a small but true RV Resort -Park and Campground. Located in  South Central Colorado.Surrounded by the Rocky Mountains.

Our RV Park is centrally located to all area attractions , nestled in between Cotopaxi and Salida Colorado in the Big Horn Sheep Canyon.  Often called the “Valley” or bannana belt :  known best for it’s sunny days and cooler nights.

Our location, Sitting on approximately 8 acres surrounded by National Forest in the Rockies of Central Colorado offers some  of the best hiking , biking,  Horse and ATV  trails in the area.

We have everything you will need to enjoy your stay with us.

We provide limited occupancy to ensure a nice quiet and less conjested experience.

We offer many Amenities that most parks do not offer

 From our  well shaded tent sites and  campgrounds and RV Sites, Luxury and  Pull-Thru Large RV Sites.
An On-Site- Restaurant, Convienice Items. Golf Cart Rentals,  Hot Showers,  Private River acess and so much more….
 Enjoy   hiking through hundreds of miles of mountain range,  fish  the Arkansa river, horseback ride ,  whitewater raft on the nearby Arkansas River,
and four-wheel over the old mountain roads.
We have made it even easier to make Reservations ,however, our cabinstyle motels  and RV spaces fill up quickly so hurry while there is still room available.
